Dayna Lemieux, LCSW, PMH-C
As a mother myself, I know firsthand that the transition into parenthood is beautiful, messy, and deeply overwhelming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International (PSI). I founded this practice because I am deeply passionate about providing well-rounded, compassionate, full-circle care to parents navigating trying to conceive, pregnancy, loss, and the postpartum landscape. My goal is to hold space for your rawest moments while giving you the practical tools and wraparound case management you need to return home to yourself. You don’t have to carry the heavy seasons alone.
Why ‘Core Connections’?
Our earliest relationships are at the core of how we learn to understand ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world. Grounded in attachment theory, Core Connections reflects the belief that these early experiences can shape our patterns, relationships, and sense of self throughout life.
Therapy offers an opportunity to understand these connections, heal old patterns, and create new, more secure ways of relating—to ourselves and to others.
